Meet Jen
Hello! I’m Jen Cullen Williams - an entrepreneur, communications strategist, wife, mother, a people connector and storyteller.
Prior to launching my consultancy in 2019, I was the Managing Director for Luxury Brand Group (LBG) from 2007-2019, where I still continue to consult on projects for the agency’s jewelry and luxury clients. Before LBG, I was the Product Placement Coordinator at a fashion agency and showroom, Red Light PR, and prior to that I worked in sales and visual merchandising for Victoria’s Secret.
I have secured countless press placements with leading consumer media outlets such as VOGUE, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Forbes, PopSugar, People, New York Times, Who What Wear and Real Simple, as well as placements in television/film and on celebrities and digital influencers. I’m a frequent guest speaker at various educational events and conferences. I currently serve on the JCK Events advisory board, the national board of Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) as the Western Regional Director and I’m a past president of the WJA Los Angeles chapter.
In 2016, I was the winner of a WJA Awards for Excellence award, and the recipient of the “Rising Star” award presented by the Jewelers 24 Karat Club of Southern California. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach, and Executive Education Certificate in Global Leadership from Harvard Business School.
I’m passionate about working with people, building relationships and developing creative and modern ways to communicate and engage with a company’s target community.
